More Tracks Added To The Tee Pee Records Sampler

This week The Syndicate updated Tee Pee Record’s online sampler to now include 19 free songs for download. The samplers features the newest bands on the label, and demonstrates the diversity of acts on their roster. In addition, The Syndicate is promoting this online sampler using download cards and matchbooks that will be distributed at festivals and concerts nationwide this summer and fall.

Clutch Visit With Strange Cousins From The West

The Syndicate helped Clutch put together an eCard where you can preview songs from the band’s new studio album Strange Cousins From The West.

The eCard features exclusive footage of the band in the studio during the album’s recording process. The footage was shot by Agent Ogden the same person responsible for the band’s DVD Full Fathom Five which was released last year.

Comic Book Heros | Tearing Up 2009

The Syndicate has worked closely with the Pennsylvania teen rock sensation Comic Book Heroes since last October when they contacted us for support leading up to their CMJ performance. We were so excited when we heard such a young group of talented guys playing real rock n roll; it was refreshing to say the least. Since last October the band has held that excitement and has been making some serious noise in the music world! Recently the guys have landed the #28 spot on the Radio Disney top 30 chart for their song “Catch Me if You Can”, the same song has been featured on FUSE and FUSE on demand! Comic Book Heroes will be tearing it up this summer while performing as part of the Radio Disney concert series and at their local Warped Tour date in Scranton, PA. Check your news stand to see the guys in the June print edition of Popstar! Magazine and keep your eyes peeled to their MySpace page for more updates.

Dane Cook Addresses The Haters And Isolated Incidents

Time to get on the Dane train! Yup that’s right Dane Cook, returns in a few days with a brand new comedy album, Isolated Incident.

Taped over the course of a few nights as Dane made random appearances at comedy clubs showing up on off nights just to flesh out new and different material in front of crowds of much smaller people than usual. Bringing things back to the center.

Check out a new clip from the upcoming album called “Haters” where Dane addresses those who have some negative things to say.

The Syndicate | Bamboozle 2009

The Bamboozle 2009 was a great success for The Syndicate.The company set up and staffed a booth for Comedy Central Records where we gave out thousands of free posters, stickers, postcards, bags and other free Comedy Central Records swag throughout the weekend.

Bo Burnham stopped by the booth on Sunday after his performance for a quick signing, or so we thought. Two hours later and about 400+ signatures later Bo was done! Everyone including Bo was pumped on the great turn out for his signing.

Throughout the weekend we had our elite team of Synners (street marketing reps) on the festival grounds distributing download cards to support Taco Bell’s Feed the Beat program promoting three free song downloads, from Hit the Lights (who also played Bamboozle), Thousand Foot Krutch and Fireflight. Our team managed to get out about 15,000 download cards! Great work team!

The Synner team also helped spread the word among concert goers for Tropicana’s Save the Rainforest initiative. The team distributed about five thousand download cards all of which had a redeemable code that when entered at www.tropicanarainforest.com will save 100 square feet of rainforest per code entered. Last but definitely not least on our list of Bamboozle promotions was the coordinate and set up of a ton of activities at the Amnesty International booth supporting their “Music for Human Rights” program. We partnered Clandestine Industries (Pete Wentz’ clothing line) with Amnesty for an exclusive Amnesty/Clandestine Industries design. Pete was nice enough to donate the design as a limited run of 200 shirts specifically for Amnesty International at Bamboozle!

Throughout the weekend The Syndicate arranged for a ton of special guests to stop by the Amnesty International tent to sign merchandise for the Music for Human Rights program to raffle off at the end of Bamboozle. Big thanks to Rise Against, Cobra Starship and Silverstein for their participation!

Tap A Keg With Asher Roth And Keep The Party Going
