There are reports that MANDO DIAO are already prepping a new album and followup to 2007’s Ode To Ochrassy.

The band has a new video titled “I Don’t Live Today, Then I Might Be Here Tomorrow” which went live on myspace earlier today. The video, is a trippy surf inspired video was directed by Andreas Nilsson, the same person responsible for Jose Gonzalez’s most recent videos “Down The Line” and “Killing For Love” and The Knife’s DVD.

On the post they mentioned the song was the first single from the new album titled Never Seen The Light Of Day due out in October.

MANDO DIAO have released the second single off their latest album Ode To Ochrasssy. The video is for “The Wildfire (If It Was True)”.

Those crazy Sweedish garage rockers MANDO DIAO recently rolled into the AOL studios and performed some songs for spinner.com’s show, The Interface.

Tracks from the band’s latest album Ode To Ochrassy as well as some old favorites were rocked out by the band.

During their invasion of the States during SXSW, the Sweedish men of MANDO DIAO were pulled aside and interviewed by Slim TV. The band talked about their current tour as well as the upcoming release of their newest studio album OdeTo Ochrasy which will be out this April via Mute Records.

Along with our buddies at Wonkavision, The Syndicate held a opening night party at SXSW called Fall Off The Welcome Wagon where there was free alcohol, free friends, and free rock and roll held down by bands like Mando Diao, Panthers, Rocky Votolato, Your Black Star and The Photo Atlas.
