Bateman, Cross Let More Arrested Development Movie Rumors Fly

Jason Batemen apppeared on Countdown with Keith Olbermann to do some plugging of his new movie with Will Smith, Hancock. He didn’t get very far because about halfway through his interview David Cross appeared on the set and the two let a few more Arrested Development movie rumors fly. They gave off the general idea that the movie was indeed going down, they just needed to finalize a few more details before there was any official announcement. We still want to make sure Franklin has a part in the movie.

The Foo Fighters Performed At The Grammys Last Night | Jason Bateman Retains His Awesomeness

Perhaps one of the best moments of the Grammy Awards last night was watching Jason Bateman moderating/hosting the “Grammy Idol” portion of the night. One of 3 lucky winners was going to get to perform live with the FOO FIGHTERS.

Who won the competition was so beside the point. For the best part of the segment was watching Batemen slowly lose it and basically wonder why he was there. His line of the night, “By the power vested in me by whomever booked me for this gig,” clearly gave us the indication that someone might have a different agent in the very near future. Classic!

Jason Bateman Really Gets Our Hopes Up By Igniting More Rumors Of Arrested Development Movie

Jason BatemanOne of our favorite TV shows in the office is the brilliant but cancelled Arrested Development. It seems many of us could quote our favorite parts from any of the episodes in the three short seasons it was on the air. Because of this it took us a while to come to grips with the show’s cancellation. We’ve purchased the show on DVD and lost countless hours watching the bonus features.

But now that we’ve properly been able to put the show to rest there are new rumors abound that the show has a glimmer of hope, but in film form… (more…)
