New York Senator Carl Kruger is proposing a ban on iPods, Blackberrys, cell phones and other electronic devices at crosswalks to avoid accidents. Kruger, from Brooklyn, was inspired to call for legislature partly because of the recent death of 23 year-old Sean Weber, Metal Director of WKRB, after he was struck dead last month while crossing the street and listening to his iPod.
