Apple, INC the company that brings you Macs and shiny iPods have finally reached a settlement on a trademark lawsuit that’s been pending for a while with Apple Corps Ltd, the company that owns manages much of the estate of The Beatles. Part of the settlement states that Apple Inc will maintain the ownership rights to the apple logo and will license its use out to Apple Corps. Confused yet? So are we. The good news is that this might finally lead to the The Beatles music being made available on iTunes.
